Transcripts

Requesting a Transcript:

Please make sure you have submitted your application prior to requesting a transcript!

  • Transcripts will not be sent if you have not submitted an application first

  • In Xello, select 'College Applications' under the 'Goals and Plans' section

  • Select the plus sign/new application to add a new college application and search the school you would like to add to your list of applications and send transcripts to

  • Select the admission type you are applying for (most likely Early Action I if applying by November 1st, Early Action II if applying by November 15th or Regular Decision if applying after November 15th) 

  • Add the application deadline (November 1st if Early Action, November 15th if Early Action II) then hit 'create'

  • Under 'Requirements' click the three dots next to transcript and select 'request transcript'

  • You can track the progress of your transcript request after you have requested it by clicking the three dots next to transcript and selecting 'track transcript'

PLEASE ALLOW 5 SCHOOL DAYS FOR YOUR COUNSELOR TO SEND YOUR TRANSCRIPT
